Election of the new administrative committee.
On April 19, 2007 the "International Chamber of Navigation of Beirut" elected a new administrative committee composed of: M. Elie Zakhour - United Middle East Shipping Co Sarl. - President M. Samir Moukawam - Sealine Sarl. - Vice-President M. Abdul Hamid El Fil - Abdul Hamid El Fil & Co. Sarl. - Vice-President M. Mohammad Itani - Gezairi Transport Sal. - General Secretary M. Andre Abou Hamad - Ste. Georges A. Abou Hamad - Treasurer Messrs. National Shipping Co Sal. - Member Messrs. Tourism & Shipping Services Sarl. - Member Messrs. Libanfracht Sarl. - Member Messrs. National Maritime Services Sarl. - Member Me. Roger Najjar Law Office - Legal Advisor Prior to so doing, the Chamber had held an extraordinary general assembly, in the course of which the Chamber has revised its statutes to allow the President to be reelected for a new mandate. The extraordinary general assembly was followed by an ordinary assembly, which elected Messrs. Elie Zakhour, Samir Moukawam and Paul Zahlan as members of the new administrative committee for a 3 years term. |
